Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate the activities of business units in the HoReCa and tourism spheres;
  • Arrange and coordinate the operations of the public park, tourist information center, city lake, etc;
  • Develop and propose tactical solutions to ensure business units are operating in a normal way;
  • Arrange necessary repairs related to the operating units;
  • Provide regular reports to the management;
  • Arranges solutions of different operational issues occurred in the businesses on timely basis;
  • Expand the customer base, collaborate to tour agencies to promote the services of the business units;
  • Ensure the performance indicators defined for the business development;
  • Initiate business meetings with prospective clients;
  • Conduct research to reveal new development opportunities to meet customer needs;
  • Develop and propose financial development strategies based on market research.

RequiredQualifications

  • Degree in Construction related disciplines;
  • A minimum of 3 years construction estimating experience
  • Superior organizational abilities and attentiveness to details
  • Personal initiative and be able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
  • Advanced computer skills (Autocad, Microsoft Project, MS Office);
  • Fluency in Armenian and Russian languages, knowledge of English will be considered as an asset;
  • Good team player and high degree of professional ethics.
