Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate the activities of business units in the HoReCa and tourism spheres;
- Arrange and coordinate the operations of the public park, tourist information center, city lake, etc;
- Develop and propose tactical solutions to ensure business units are operating in a normal way;
- Arrange necessary repairs related to the operating units;
- Provide regular reports to the management;
- Arranges solutions of different operational issues occurred in the businesses on timely basis;
- Expand the customer base, collaborate to tour agencies to promote the services of the business units;
- Ensure the performance indicators defined for the business development;
- Initiate business meetings with prospective clients;
- Conduct research to reveal new development opportunities to meet customer needs;
- Develop and propose financial development strategies based on market research.
RequiredQualifications
- Degree in Construction related disciplines;
- A minimum of 3 years construction estimating experience
- Superior organizational abilities and attentiveness to details
- Personal initiative and be able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
- Advanced computer skills (Autocad, Microsoft Project, MS Office);
- Fluency in Armenian and Russian languages, knowledge of English will be considered as an asset;
- Good team player and high degree of professional ethics.
