Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Asset, Liability and Capital Management (ALCM) function, Management Reporting of the Bank and Regulatory Reporting to the Group
  • Prepare papers submitted to Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO), acting as ALCO secretary
  • Prepare ad hoc analytical papers presented to the Management with value added suggestions and forward looking recommendations to facilitate strategic decisions from asset, liability and capital management perspective
  • Devise Funding and capital planning of the Bank
  • Coordinate Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and preparation of ICAAP reports
  • Coordinate stress testing
  • Act as Business partner for Balance Sheet Management function
  • Prepare Group Regulatory returns
  • Implement new projects in ALCM and Regulatory Reporting area
  • Monitor, control over and implementation of relevant regulatory requirements in ALCM and Regulatory Reporting area
  • Manage and implement new Finance projects
  • Provide assistance and cover for responsibilities of Head of MI and Planning, ALCM, Product Control and Group Reporting

RequiredQualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to learn quickly, accuracy and detail orientation
  • Proactive, dynamic and self-starter
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to manage and prioritise the workload in a multitask environment

The following skills are essential for this managerial role:

  • University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
  • At least 3 years of related work experience in finance (banking sector is preferable)
  • Knowledge of accounting, IAS, IFRS
  • Knowledge of banking and banking legislation
  • Knowledge of written and spoken Armenian and English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Successful completion of ACCA, CFA or similar studies/exams is a plus
