Responsibilities
Clean building floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them Clean Parking Sweep and pick up trash and loose vegetation around the building, street level parking, underground garage and basement, Sunset sidewalk adjacent to the property Organize and clean the trash room, check recyclables bins make sure they only contain recyclable items Empty trash cans Take good care of the building to make sure that hazardous materials are removed Clean, polish office tables, chairs, desks and all other furniture used in the entire building, especially Reception and Lobby Service, clean, and supply restrooms Clean and organize Gym Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment Assist in cleaning of units in case of need Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems Other duties as assigned RequiredQualifications
