Renesa CJSC is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Custody Services Specialist .

Responsibilities
- Open and manage depo (securities) accounts, keep the records of a transaction and terms of a contract;
- Provide services related to filing and registration of the client's proprietary rights on securities;
- Keep records of nominee accounts in the Central Depository, and other custodians;
- Organize the cycle of exchanging information and documents between the issuers or custodians and the client in accordance with applicable law;
- Develop and implement programs aimed at improving the quality of investment activities;
- Provide quality and timely reporting in accordance with CBA requirements and the Company's internal regulations;
- Ensure compliance with the Company's internal regulations.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Economics or Finance;
- Relevant qualification issued by CBA will be an asset;
- Sound knowledge of securities market of RA legislation;
- Fluent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages (both spoken and written);
- Excellent MS Office skills.
