Description
You are a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You'll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. If you also have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities
-Direct, plan, or implement policies, objectives to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, and to increase productivity
-Ensure strategic objectives shaped at Executive Management level are translated into tactical business plans with mechanisms for key measurements in place to monitor progress
-Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization
-Identify, address and solve the weaknesses of company's day-to-day operations (independently and with the direction of the CEO)
-Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes
-Determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change
-Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company
-Manage service employees and train them in the latest leadership and technical skills so they can better serve our clients
-Benchmark productivity of the department against industry standards and create measures to improve productivity

RequiredQualifications
-Bachelor's degree in economics, management or business
-Experience in managing commercial projects of at least 4 years
-Experience conceptualizing, planning, developing, and coordinating large scale, complex projects
-Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels
-Stress resistance
-Fluent in English, both written and spoken
-Ability to travel up to 1 week per month
-Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
-Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
