Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with screening resumes for open positions for Armenian and foreign offices.
- Provide day to day support to the recruitment ongoing processes which include but is not limited to scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication
- Work with a high volume of candidates of various nationalities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as requested.
- Communicate with candidates and collect all relevant documents
- Other HR tasks as assigned
RequiredQualifications
- Current undergraduate or graduate students in Business, HR or Psychology
- Excellent Knowledge of English is a must
- Good knowledge of Russian would be considered an advantage
- Internet research and social media skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Passion for recruiting or human resources is essential
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to think critically and work independently is a must
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
