Responsibilities

  • Assist with screening resumes for open positions for Armenian and foreign offices.
  • Provide day to day support to the recruitment ongoing processes which include but is not limited to scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication
  • Work with a high volume of candidates of various nationalities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as requested.
  • Communicate with candidates and collect all relevant documents
  • Other HR tasks as assigned

RequiredQualifications

  • Current undergraduate or graduate students in Business, HR or Psychology
  • Excellent Knowledge of English is a must
  • Good knowledge of Russian would be considered an advantage
  • Internet research and social media skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Passion for recruiting or human resources is essential
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to think critically and work independently is a must
  • Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
