Responsibilities

  • Ensure the general financial management of the company, support to the process of the solution of the key issues and the decision making process, including the effective distribution of the investments;
  • analyze the company activity results, identify the unfavorable activity results, suggest new solutions, add to the profitability of the company;
  • manage the financial planning procedures, including the monthly, quarterly and annual budget implementation, purchasing services control;
  • analyze the results of the commercial activity of the company, identify the potential risks, suggest the ways to minimize or avoid risks, prepare the company reports, provide accurate information to the company management and the authorized people,
  • follow the standards of the financial administration requirements, cooperate with the external auditors, make sure the required documents and data are provided,
  • ensure the general control over the financial activities of the company.

RequiredQualifications

Requirements

  • Higher education in Finance, Economics or Business management with corresponding diploma or certificates of graduation;
  • minimum 5 years of work experience in finance management covering the issues of financial planning, control and audit;
  • deep knowledge in pharmaceutical market tendencies, business management;
  • proficiency in the International accounting standards (IFRS);
  • excellent knowledge of the tax legislation, legal acts regulation the financial activity of the commercial entities;
  • excellent knowledge of financial modeling methods;
  • staff management and motivation tools knowledge;
  • knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel);
  • strong knowledge of the English languages (oral and written).
  • significant (5-7 years) experience in auditing, chartered accounting and/or financial process engineering management positions, with record of strong control focus
