Responsibilities

- Maintain communication with exporting companies
- Carry out or participate in meetings with exporting companies, identify their problems and discover Armenian new companies
- Provide companies with consultation on export-related issues
- Organizing business forums/B2B
- Replenishing and updating exporters database
- Ensuring proper participation of Armenian companies in business forums/B2B
- Complete and summarize the results of the relevant format approved by the Team
- Participate in the development of the comprehensive Export Guidelines
- Carry out awareness-raising activities on export assistance instruments available to organizations in Armenia
- Carry out collection of relevant price lists and catalogs from companies
- Implement short-term, mid-term and long-term projects, to carry out and to prepare and present reports
- Carry out the development of relevant informational materials
- Introduce the Foundation to third parties, including government agencies, during discussions of issues related to the Foundation
- Co-operate with government agencies and private sector representatives in the framework of joint initiatives

RequiredQualifications

- 3+ years' professional work experience
- Degree in Economics, Management, Law or other field. Masters and higher qualifications will be considered as an advantage.
- Experience working with international organizations
- Knowledge of export procedures
- Knowledge of RA Tax and Custom Legislations
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Able to handle stress and remain calm
- Problem-solving ability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a strong focus accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, to work flexible and under pressure conforming to shifting priorities and timelines
- Experience in working both independently and in a team
- Strong sense of integrity, discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient computer literacy in Microsoft Office, proficiency in statistical programs is advantage
- Strong research, internal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of written and oral English, Armenian and Russian languages. Knowledge of additional language will be considered as an advantage
