Responsibilities
- Check customer rental parameters for ensuring understanding of rates and service charges
- Provide and collect the rented car to the customer in an appropriate way
- Update rental agreement files, notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and enquire about the expected date of return and process rental extensions
- Receive telephone calls and handle customer issues or direct messages to appropriate personnel
- Ensure accuracy of return date and time on rental agreement
- Sell optional products for meeting customer wants and needs
RequiredQualifications
- At least 3 years of valid driving license
- Ability to use a car both with manual and automatic transmission system
- Communicative and sales skills
- Managerial and computer skills
- Excellent oral and written skills in English and Russian languages
