Position: Administrative Assistant

Contract type: FT (5 days/40 hours per week)

Job Location: Yerevan, Armenia

Responsibilities
-Assist in organizing different alumni events and activities: particularly Alumni Reunion, Networking Events, etc
-Coordinate Distinguished alumni awarding process according to the established procedure
-Assist with the alumni-students Mentorship program
-Maintain and update the alumni database. Present Alumni statistical reports per requests
-Create and maintain alumni e-mail lists: alumni relations, career services and by degree programs and classes
-Arrange the procedure with alumni ID cards: prepare photos and alumni lists, then send the files to printing house
-Update last year graduates' info for 3, 6 and 12-month periods after graduation
-Provide logistical support for daily operations
-Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor(s)

RequiredQualifications
-University degree in a relevant field
-Strong written/oral communication skills in English, Armenian
-Experience in social media
-Computer skills (MS Office, spreadsheets, database management)
-Relevant work experience of 1 year and more
-Excellent interpersonal and team building skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
-Ability to work with a variety of constituencies
