Description
Andava Digital Marketing Agency is currently looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Manager to strategically plan, administer and promote social media accounts for clients. The incumbent will be responsible for creating original text and video content along with the account managers and team.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals;
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI;
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news);
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics;
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency;
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews;
- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout);
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions;
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education;
- Native-level proficiency in English language;
- Extremely detail-oriented person;
- Proven work experience in social media marketing or in other relevant fields;
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/ video/ text), presentation and communication skills;
- Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools;
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO;
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels;
- Detail and customer oriented person with good multitasking and organisational ability;
- High sense of responsibility; positive attitude;
- Proactive and self-motivated problem solver.
