Responsibilities
1. Lead and Execute all stages of Business Analysis, System Analysis and Project Management:
- Own, Lead and execute Products/Business Analysis
- Working closely with the business owner draft strategic roadmaps for the businesses from Technical and Business perspective and provide weekly/biweekly reporting
- Define the technical objectives and goals by mapping the business needs to System/Product functionality
- Monitor the system usage and keep close communication with end users for new business needs and potential identification
- Manage the development and delivery process of aforementioned roadmap
- Develop and implement strategies for bottom-line increase of the products: increase sales / reduce costs
- Work daily with end users for tech/billing escalations, craft answers and followups as needed
- Coordinate activities across different organizational functions
- Participate in negotiations with developers on development terms and conditions
- Define project baselines, track project progress, report about project status
- Motivate team members
- Develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives
- Determine the organizational structure of the project team
- Identify roles and positions, set team direction, assign work
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Develop and implement projects within the project scope 2. Collaborate with team: As mentioned above you will actively collaborate with engineering/product development team to build successful projects and happy customers
RequiredQualifications
- At least 2+ year of experience in project management and product owner
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Solid technical background, with understanding experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Professional demeanor in stressful situations
- High level of initiative and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor in stressful situations. Preferred qualifications:
- Self-motivated and action-oriented
- Strong team player with proven ability to lead through influence
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences You need to:
- Be experienced in PM tools
- Be experienced in task management tools: Jira, Trello, etc.
- Be experienced in wireframing and mockup design tools
- Keep up-to-date with the latest PM trends, techniques, and technologies
- Be Familiar with Agile/Scrum/Kanban
