Program Mortgage Loan Specialist
Yerevan, Bank Head Office

Responsibilities
-Intensive promotion of mortgage program loans
-Delivery of consultations to clients regarding necessary documents, terms and conditions of loan documentation
-Drafting and submission of reports to refinancing organizations, managing mortgage loan applications
-Collection and review of loan-related documents, credibility assessment, submission of loan opinions
-Collateral choice and review
-Tracking clients payments in terms of ensuring their timeliness and accuracy
RequiredQualifications
-Higher education in economic or financial areas
-At least two years work experience in banking as mortgage loan specialist
-Thorough knowledge of Armenian banking legislation and consumer lending processes
-Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages
-Knowledge of MS office and AS-Bank 4.0 software
-Ability to work in a team, find efficient solutions in changing environment
-Proactivity and sense of responsibility
-Analytical and flexible thinking, cooperation skills
