Description
Anelik Bank CJSC is seeking for purposeful, active, flexible and intelligent individuals for working in the Legal Division of the Bank.
Responsibilities
-Create all required internal legal documents according to business needs
-Provides legal opinion for the bank internal policy and procedures and ensure that everything is in compliance with CBA and Banking legislation
-Continuously review banks current contracts, agreements and amendments to minimize the legal risks
-Develop contracts and agreements that minimize risks and maximize legal rights for the new banking products
-Deal with complex, significant matters that cut across legal and related areas
-Engage in administrative tasks such as handling correspondence and other day-to-day procedures
-Search for necessary regulatory legal acts and articles, laws and prepare legal reviews
RequiredQualifications
-University degree in Law
-At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
-Knowledge of the legal framework related to the banking legislation
-Advanced computer skills /MS Office/
-Communication and team work skills
-Negotiating and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work effectively in a professional team environment
-Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
