Responsibilities
- Responsible for the regulation of the Company's activity
- Responsible for strategy development and implementation
- Provide strong and visionary leadership in the development and implementation of the Company's strategic and business planning
- Lead all aspects of operations, including effective staff supervision, performance management and development, quality program development and implementation, volunteerism, financial development and facility management
- Coordinate projects, including various collaborations with otherbranches, insurance and reinsurance companies
- Responsible for establishment of business relations with clients and foreign partners
RequiredQualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Management, Insurance or a related field
- At least 2 years of work experience in an insurance and reinsurance field
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages, both oral and written
- Strong managerial skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with partners
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
