Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and provide necessary support to the bank staff
  • Handle tickets in Jira IT Service Desk properly and on time
  • Address technical and software problems of the bank staff within the scope of authorities and professional expertise
  • Analyze and evaluate Jira IT Service Desk tickets and where necessary forward them to appropriate
  • IT specialists of the bank
  • Instruct the bank staff on usage of Jira IT Service Desk and other systems

RequiredQualifications

  • University degree in a technical field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in addressing software and hardware problems
  • Knowledge of web-related programs
  • Good skills of Windows systems usage
  • Fluency in Armenian and Russian; good knowledge of English
  • Ability to work under pressure; attention to detail
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and autonomously
  • Team player
  • Commitment to work and sense of responsibility
