Description
The SMM manager is responsible for implementation of SMM strategy developed by the Marketing team as well as creation of coherent, holistic and relevant marketing content relevant for company's communication instruments such as SMM, ATL, PR and other. SMM manager's main goal is to support building the brands and services of the company via social media platform activation.

Responsibilities
-Building a social media presence:
-Working as part of marketing team to develop company's SMM strategy and annual plans
-Running company social media advertising campaigns and setting social media KPIs
-Building brand awareness and equity by engaging relevant platforms and opinion leaders
-Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
-Running company's social media pages and websites.
-Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives
-Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices.
-Keeping up to date with industry best practices and monitoring content activities of competitor websites and pages, provision of monthly summaries with analysis
-Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media instrument
-Working as part of marketing team to develop a web content strategy that aligns with the company's wider goals
-Writing and translation of all contents for the company's website, online shop, SMM platforms', PR, products and services descriptions
-Writing entertaining, informative and correctly phrased texts for SEO
-Adaptation of original brand materials for the Armenian market.
-Research and adaptation of materials that are linked to the products' and brands' represented on the Armenian market
-Assisting the Head of Marketing department with ad-hoc copywriting
-Linking content of different mediums such as videos, articles, survey, leaflets etc.

RequiredQualifications
-Higher education in Marketing or related field
-Previous experience of at least 2 years as a SMM manager or copywriter is a must
-Profound understanding of SMM instruments and SEO specifics
-Highly articulate with an excellent command of written Armenian and English is a must
-Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content
-Proven ability to build social media communities
