Responsibilities
- Use agile methodologies to facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
- Build effective communication within the team
- Create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects and coach team members over processes and tools
- Facilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team
- Collecting evidence and metrics to help with guiding the team's understanding of their agile practice and information actions for continual improvement
- Enabling Scrum teams to become self-organized and empowered in order to consistently deliver on their sprint goals
RequiredQualifications
- Working experience as Scrum Master or PM in IT company
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices
- Ability to take and understand his commitment to deliver the product on time
- Solid understanding of web development methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Armenian
- Experience in working with Jira
- Strong leadership, time management, and problem solving skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Scrum Master certification a super plus
