Responsibilities

  • Customer service quality control, assessment and improvement
  • Preparing and delivering trainings on new products, features, as well as skills for customer service quality improvement inside  Customer Care and Service Delivery teams
  • Preparation of presentations and training materials on company's services and products, procedures, customer service technics etc.  
  •  On-time and accurate communication inside  Customer Care and Service Delivery department , particularly to Service desk, Account Management ,  Contact Center teams
  • Transversal communication with other teams (such as Marketing, Sales, Business Analytic, Project Management) on information sharing and material preparation
  • Following up and keeping info on knowledge base updated and simple to use
  • Listening and assessment of communications with customers through all channels for the quality monitoring purposes according to the defined standards and evaluation matrix
  • Arrangement of skills improvement coaching sessions
  • Knowledge tests organization and handling
  • Reporting on monthly/weekly basis to direct supervisor or manager
