Develops and applies CAD engineering methods, theories, and research techniques in the investigation and solution of technical problems.

Responsibilities
-Works with foundry process design kits – installation and testing
-Implements NVM special devices/DRC rules in NVM custom PDK(including both front end and back end setups)
-Develops scripts to automate CAD/Design teams daily routine work
-Supports NVM IP team on CAD related issues

RequiredQualifications
-MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
-Good knowledge of CMOS process technology, device physics
-Good knowledge of Unix, TCL, Python, TCSH
-Prior knowledge and experience of CAD tool development or PDK / Foundry design kits development
-Prior knowledge of DRC/LVS/LPe runsets development is a plus
-Good English communication skills
-Has a strong desire to learn and explore new technologies. Demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills
-Team player with good interpersonal skills
-Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience
