Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the scrum process and  mentoring the scrum teams in accordance with the Scrum methodology;

• Handling conflict resolution, communicating scrum values of openness, honesty and respect to the team;

• Coaching teams to adopt and follow the Scrum practices;

• Helping teams to define goals and actions to achieve best results;

• Inspiring team's creativity and efficiency;

• Identifying and eliminating Scrum process  impediments and act as safeguard for the team;

• Ensuring the product owner always keeps the backlog properly maintained;

• Organizing and facilitating sprint planning, review, and daily stand-up meetings;

• Conducting Retrospective meetings, recording issues, providing advice and assistance in resolving them;

• Analyzing and presenting scrum reports (velocity, burn-down, etc.) to the management;

RequiredQualifications

• Master's degree in a related field;

• At least 1 year of project management experience;

• Knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, practices and Agile approaches ;

• Knowledge of software development processes;

• Strong time management skills;

• Familiarity with best practices, customer oriented environments, and Agile practices;

• Strong communication skills;

• Coaching skills.
