Description
Karloff Czech Brewery-Restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Manager to oversee the full functionality of the Restaurant. The Manager must ensure that the Restaurant is appropriately staffed, that all opening and closing duties are executed properly, and follow up with all guest concerns.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all activities pertaining to staffing, staff training, food purchasing and production, guest service, sanitation and operating profits;
- Responsible for the development, guidance and supervision of staff and their shifts. Responsible for promoting good employee relations, guest experience;
- Observe personnel appearance, efficiency, behavior and abilities for adherence to Company standards. Consult with the Director and recommend and replace staff as needed;
- Responsible for maintaining proper procedures for hiring, ordering, receiving and storage of food and beverage items;
- Responsible for employee hygiene and maintaining general offices' information flow, guest and employee safety;
- Make final inspections before and after shifts and participate in each service period by seating guests, monitoring food production or filling in or assisting in as needed in various positions.
RequiredQualifications
- At least 3 years of restaurant management experience;
- Basic food safety understanding and practice;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; basic knowledge of English language;
- Communication skills;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Problem-solving skills.
