Responsibilities

  • Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"
  • Ensure a world-class candidate experience
  • Coordinate the recruitment process (create job postings, sourcing, lead the hiring and interviewing process, conduct interviews, negotiations with candidates, job offer processing, etc.)
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Manage internship programs with universities
  • Manage and lead Ameria Generation A  program
  • Participate and represent the company at job fairs and other relevant events
  • Research and recommend new sources for talent acquisition
  • Build relationship with relevant industry professional associations, universities and other appropriate events  to find qualified passive candidates
  • Create captivating job descriptions to help articulate and market each unique career opportunity
  • Act as a trusted partner and point of contact for hiring manager across the organization
  • Assist, couch and follow up with managers and new employees throughout the onboarding process
  • Lead different recruitment-related projects

RequiredQualifications

  • BS/MS in Management, Psychology, Sociology or other related field
  • Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (executive headhunting, phone interviewing, reference checking, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Self-motivated skills with ability to work in high sense of urgency while working effectively within a team environment
  • Proven track record in following abilities: organization, motivation and follow through
  • Ability to talk to anyone, flexibility, fearless and exited to help build something awesome and share it with the world
  • Detail orientation skills
