Description
Margasoft Corp. is looking for a smart, energetic and creative individual to join our technical team as QA Specialist. The incumbent will work closely with our software development, QA and Top management team to test software products and provide high quality support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities
-Define products test processes in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other systems
-Set up, manage, maintain and continuously improve the QA programs and procedures
-Provide timely updates on tasks and meet internal and client deadlines with high quality deliverable
-Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results
-Report QA results, identify and analyze trends, make recommendations for changes to processes, procedures and training
-Participate in the complete software development life-cycle using Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, TDD and XP
-Create builds for software releases for quality assurance and client user acceptance testing
-Work with IT support and other functions to resolve issues in releases
RequiredQualifications
-Knowledge of quality control practices for software application development
-Strong deductive reasoning skills, ability to recognize problems, gather facts, analyze information
-Experience in designing and analyzing layered web based applications with back-end as MS-SQL Server
-Strong experience in .NET 3.5/4.0, C#, VS 2010/2012, WCF, T-SQL, SQL 2008,2012, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, 3rd party UI controls
-Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle (Waterfall) and Agile
-Strong project management skills
-Effective written and verbal communication skills
-Good knowledge of English, communication and interpersonal skills
