Responsibilities
- Provide qualified customer service (communicate with customers directly, via phone calls and e-mail)
- Ensure timely and comprehensive solutions to requests and complaints of the customer
- Create new relationships with potential partners
- Introduce and sell the Company`s products
RequiredQualifications
- Higher Education
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English, Russian and Armenian (both in verbal and written form)
- Attention to details, sense of responsibility and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in different situations, set priorities and be a quick decision maker
- Good skills of office equipment operation
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of main Cyrillic keyboard layout for the Russian language in computers (ЙЦУКЕН)
