Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CMO, Product Manager and other staff to define content marketing strategies, priorities and needs of the company, plan and execute content development in accordance with the defined strategies and priorities
- Research industry-related issues using both qualitative and quantitative methods of research, and develop articles, interviews, case studies and other relevant formats of information to promote the company's product and services through global news outlets
- Manage the company's website and social media pages, ensure regular updates of information, create blog posts, social updates, banners and similar briefs, generate traffic
- Manage and promote the company's blog, write regular industry reviews, guides, "how to" articles and other relevant pieces of information for it, create incentives for participation of other authors in the blog, ensure quality assurance before publication, and generate a stable and exponentially growing audience
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Identify user needs and gaps and recommend relevant updates in the website, blog and social media pages
- Ensure all-around consistency of content, style, fonts, images and tone in company
RequiredQualifications
- Excellent command of written English (fluency in Armenian and Russian are an advantage)
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or in a similar role
- Experience doing research using different research methods and sources
- Experience in blog, website and social media management is an advantage
- Education in Marketing, English, Journalism or a related field
- Creative and innovative thinker and planner
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
