Responsibilities
- Answer the telephone calls of all the Post Offices of Yerevan city and the Call Center of Haypost CJSC
- Answer telephone calls not later than from the third ring
- Provide general information concerning the offers and promotions of Haypost CJSC; answer the queries of the clients, providing them with technical support, if necessary
- Resolve the clients' problems during the call; collect the problems and submit them to the Department Coordinator in order to resolve the problems of the given term
- Inform the customers on the Company's new products, tariff plans and services
- Inform the client on the status of the latter's claim procedure and definitive resolution
- Demonstrate a kind manner in communication with customers
- Make efforts in communication with customers in order to reinforce the customers' loyalty
- Inform the immediate superior immediately in case of any problem
- Provide a clear feedback to all the calls
- Perform other tasks issued by the superior
- Perform other functions anyhow related to the mentioned functions
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in a corresponding field
- Excellent command of English and Russian languages; knowledge of other foreign languages is preferred
- Ability to focus and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
