Description
Pregomesh is looking for a highly motivated Manager to handle "Pregomesh Favorites" Project. The incumbent must have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as knowledge of financial management. The incumbent's main responsibility is to set collaboration with craftsmen and suppliers. He/ she will analyze all aspects of supply chain, implement new policies of cooperation with craftsmen and suppliers, modify existing procedures, minimize cost, increase accuracy, improve customer service and meet product distribution challenges.
Responsibilities
- Find appropriate suppliers and craftsmen for "Pregomesh Favorites";
- Set collaboration with suppliers based on contracts;
- Oversee and direct supply chain activities (purchasing/ inventory/ logistics/ customer service) related to "Pregomesh Favorites";
- Responsible for suppliers management and contracting;
- Implement inventory control process improvement;
- Responsible for inventory management;
- Carry out financial analysis of outcomes;
- Report to the General Manager.
RequiredQualifications
- Master's degree in Business Management;
- Intermediate financial knowledge;
- Advanced communication skills;
- Work experience in retail, preferably in a managerial position;
- Flexibility and stress tolerance;
- Easy-going personality;
- Managerial and leadership skills;
- Decision-making ability;
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
