Responsibilities

- Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Receiving feedback from the customers and creating action plan for decreasing customer complaints
- Settling conflict situations
- Keeping Jaguar ''Land Rover Quality and Behavior Standards'' in high level
- Improving CRM data collection, including customer email address
- Training and coaching the staff
- Managing the Mystery Shopping results
- Regularly reporting Jaguar Land Rover about quality results

RequiredQualifications

- University degree in Technical Science is a plus
- 3+ years of work experience
- Excellent written and verbal knowledge of Russian, good knowledge of English languages
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel
- Work experience as a Quality or Customer relationship manager is a plus
- Technical knowledge or experience in automotive field is a plus
- Business correspondence skills
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Advanced management and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills and attention to the details
