Description
Dorozhnik LLC is looking for a well qualified and experienced Head of Technical Production Department who will be responsible for the formation, revision, supervision and endorsement of production technical documents, as well as joint activities with the Employer, Designer and Project Engineer.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for measurement of the implemented construction works and issuance of interim payment certificates;
- Implement pricing calculations of the construction works to be performed;
- Carry out submission of the whole work program and monthly plan on the implementation of the construction works, as well as machine mechanisms, materials and labor force flow charts required based on them;
- According to the specifications, during the construction works, provide monthly report of the works performed and the materials used (Form 29), material qualification tests control, as well as timely supervision of hidden (intermediate) work acts;
- Form Design and Bill of Quantity documents (Variation Order) and as-built drawings and submit for approval.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree in the relevant field;
- At least 5 years of professional experience;
- Strong leadership, organizational, planning, time management skills, as well as communication and proactive skills;
- Verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; knowledge of English language is desirable;
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and AutoCAD.
