• B.S./M.S. in Engineering or other relevant field

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position with demonstrated ability to lead a group of engineers

• Have an analytical mindset, sharp strategic thinking and business sense

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Strong and proven leadership skills

• Experience with Agile Management methodologies

• Experience and proficiency in working across functions and multiple levels of an organization

• Fluency in Armenian and English languages

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

Manage the Development and Technologies teams

Set the technology strategy and build the roadmaps for the entire Engineering department

Follow all strategic stories and ensure all final touches are flawless

Train and coach the members of the Engineering team by providing technical direction

Design and implement the team KPIs and individual OKRs and provide regular performance feedback as well as quarterly report to Executives

Master the workflows of technical architecture and business workflows in Engineering department

Vet all efforts in the Engineering organization against the Golden 5 concept:

• Business Development

• Improve Quality

• Lower Costs

• Cross Sales

• Security

Introduce new technologies and approaches to the team

Perform regular audits to ensure security and stability of the Engineering solutions

Be a hands on participant in all major modules, projects and changes in the software and hardware

Take on the responsibilities of the Engineering Managers in their absence

RequiredQualifications
