The incumbent will be responsible for HR activities of the Company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
- Motivate staff, optimize their performance and their level of productivity;
- Organize events, cultural activities and games on regular basis;
- Build and monitor company benefit and compensation policy;
- Review the performance of staff and suggest promotions, demotions or terminations;
- Monitor and ensure employees proper attendance;
- Monitor vacation, sick leaves and day offs;
- Manage policy development and documentation.
RequiredQualifications
- Very good knowledge of English language, both written and oral;
- At least 1 year of work experience in HR;
- International HR experience is advantageous;
- Detail-oriented person with a thorough and methodical approach;
- Strong interpersonal skills to create effective working environment within the Company;
- Curiosity and willingness to challenge organizational culture when needed;
- Good leader with strong communication and negotiations skills.
