The Company is looking for individuals with corresponding knowledge and work experience for the position of Food Engineer/ Technologist.
Responsibilities
- Check the qualitative criteria of the used raw materials according to the conformity, perform organoleptic control;
- Ensure the production of high-quality products with appropriate assortment;
- Maintain the technological modes of the production process and the requirements of the recipes;
- Control raw materials, intermediate and finished products' quality indicators;
- Run the registry of raw materials and mixture technological process;
- Participate in the analysis of workshop working results;
- Identify the causes in product quality changes;
- Participate and support advanced technologies introduction;
- Control work discipline and sanitary-hygienic conditions at the work-site;
- Fulfill other service assignments connected with job functions assigned by the supervisor.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in the relevant field;
- Work experience is desirable;
- Attention to details.
