Responsibilities

- Handle variety of activities within operational tasks in Supplied Services Department
- Responsible for preparing cash for branches, customers and ATM replenishments
- Deliver timely and proper cash service in terms of demonstrating maximum attentiveness and accuracy
- Update management information regular statistical reports through various parameters
- Monitor ATM network operations and eliminate malfunctions in terms of CBA and the Group regulations and within set SLAs
- Investigate customer transaction disputes accurately and in polite manner when contacting the customer
- Provide proper service to both external and internal customers; handle customer requests with care and in a professional manner to increase customer satisfaction
- Correct maintenance of all required documents during daily processes and end-day checking
- Maintain service standards and quality in Supplied Services operations

RequiredQualifications

- Higher education
- Previous work experience in the banking industry is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Strong knowledge of English and Armenian languages
- Availability of a driving license is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong team member with an ability to learn from peers and share knowledge with them
