Responsibilities
· Draft legal papers, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents as needed.
· Apply abstract principles of law to the concrete facts of a case.
· Protect patents, trademarks, and industrial designs.
· Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
· Analyzing legal issues relating to proposed products
RequiredQualifications
· BA Degree in Law
· At least 5 years of work experience in the related field
· Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
· Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· High degree of professional ethics and integrity
