Responsibilities
- Responsible for reduction of costs/ increase of profit
- Work closely with customers who are in financial difficulties, by arranging debt collection, deliver positive, appropriate and sustainable outcomes
- Deliver a high value, professional and quality service to the Bank's customers
- Deliver the best solutions/ options to meet customers' needs
- Deliver positive and professional outcomes for the Bank's customers
- Provide the customers the confidence that HSBC understands their specific situation and concerns
RequiredQualifications
- University degree
- Excellent communication skills, both conversational and written
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Ability to organize work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of legal documentation
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Empathetic approach with the ability to build rapport and engender trust
- Positive attitude demonstrating teamwork and cooperation towards the achievement of operational goals
- Person who is committed and enthusiastic to a changing environment; willingness for continuous personal improvement
- Ability to work under pressure and with a flexible working schedule
- Dependable, goal-oriented and motivated team member who takes personal ownership for the continuous improvement of own skills
