Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager, who will become an ambassador of the company, to maintain and enhance company HR policies, core values and culture. If you are ready to step into our huge world, with a desire to create and make a change, you are the one we are looking for.
Responsibilities
-Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
-Maintain organization recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs; counseling managers on candidate selection
-Conduct and analyze exit interviews, accordingly recommend changes
-Establish and conduct employee orientation and training programs
-Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic salary surveys, schedule and conduct job evaluations, recommend and implement pay structure revisions
-Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
-Hear and resolve employee grievances by counseling employees and supervisors
-Study and assess employee benefit needs and trends and recommend benefit programs to management accordingly
-Direct the processing of benefit claims, obtain and evaluate benefit contract bids
-Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of available benefits
-Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
RequiredQualifications
-Bachelor's degree in economics or other related field
-Minimum 5 years of experience is a must
-Strong spoken and written communication in English and Russian
-Experience in progressive HR leadership roles is a plus
-HR experience in ICT is a big plus
-Ability to foster and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication and work effectively with all levels of employees, including executive management
-Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Leadership abilities that foster learning and excellence among team members
-Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
