Description
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities for the Company's products.

Responsibilities
- Act as product evangelist in the market;
- Have a vision for the future of the product;
- Keep abreast of industry developments and stay in tune with competitors;
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates own products in the market;
- Create a product roadmap, including releases and bug fixes;
- Responsible for product launch: plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan;
- Responsible for demand generation: develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for own products;
- Responsible for driving product development;
- Prioritize and direct core team activities, balancing the voice of customer with business goals;
- Responsible for deep influence on product development from an end-user and overall market behavior perspective.

RequiredQualifications
- More than 3 years of software product marketing experience of which at least 2 years in a field facing role;
- Motivated self-starter who exhibits strong customer focus and a passion for innovation;
- BS in Business or Marketing;
- Willingness to travel (25 percent of time);
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, as well as cross-functional teams and third parties;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, as well as strong organizational, analytical and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and under pressure;
- Ability to take initiative.
