Responsibilities

- Handle internal/ external documents, incoming/outgoing correspondence. This includes producing and processing documents, typing, filing, distributing
- Be responsible for Social Media Marketing
- Be engaged in CSR activities of the hotel
- Screen and – when necessary – redirect incoming phone calls in professional and discreet manner, in accordance with the hotel's standards
- Make written or oral translation of documents / meetings / negotiations from/ into English/ Armenian/ Russian
- Provide operative contact of the GM with local and international organizations and companies, local authorities and administration as well to all employees of the hotel concerning current activity of the hotel
- Arrange travels as necessary and organize the GM and Department Managers' business trips (plane tickets, Visa, registration, hotel bookings etc.)
- Sort, file and register incoming/outgoing correspondence of the Employer
- Assist other members of the management team as and when required
- Arrange venue bookings, agenda for the HOD's meetings
- Be responsible for stationery supply in GM's office
- Perform other tasks assigned by General Manager

RequiredQualifications

- Bachelor degree in hospitality, marketing or management
- At least 1 year experience in the hotel industry or as a marketing specialist
- Fluent in Armenian, Russian and English
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Good interpersonal skills, guest oriented and service minded
- Good presentation and confident speaking skills
- Dynamic
- Copes well under pressure
- Strong sense of ethics
- Autonomous with sense of responsibility
