Vanitar Armenia LLC is looking for a high-performing Interior and Exterior Design Materials Sales Executive who will be responsible for both B2B and B2C sales.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and implementation of sales plans and forecasts to expand Company's customer base;
- Ensure Company's strong presence in the market;
- Perform sales of Company product line at the store;
- Present Company product line to potential clients, including, but not limited to, construction companies, interior design companies and individual designers, as well as other businesses and individuals;
- Maintain Company clients' database;
- Contribute to the expansion of store traffic and profitability;
- Ensure high levels of customers' satisfaction through excellent service; manage customer complaints and grievances;
- Build and promote strong and long-lasting customer relationships;
- Implement store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures;
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards;
- Report on buying trends, customer needs and profits;
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education; BS/ MS in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred;
- Experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets or proven successful experience as a Retail Manager;
- Previous work experience in sales for construction materials will be an asset;
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the Organization;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Customer management skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages.
