Responsibilities

  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Maintain organization recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs; counseling managers on candidate selection
  • Conduct and analyze exit interviews, accordingly recommend changes
  • Establish and conduct employee orientation and training programs
  • Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic salary surveys, schedule and conduct job evaluations, recommend and implement pay structure revisions
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
  • Hear and resolve employee grievances by counseling employees and supervisors
  • Study and assess employee benefit needs and trends and recommend benefit programs to management accordingly
  • Direct the processing of benefit claims, obtain and evaluate benefit contract bids
  • Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of available benefits
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

RequiredQualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in economics or other related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience is a must
  • Strong spoken and written communication in English and Russian
  • Experience in progressive HR leadership roles is a plus
  • HR experience in ICT is a big plus
  • Ability to foster and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication and work effectively with all levels of employees, including executive management
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership abilities that foster learning and excellence among team members
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
