Responsibilities
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Maintain organization recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs; counseling managers on candidate selection
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews, accordingly recommend changes
- Establish and conduct employee orientation and training programs
- Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic salary surveys, schedule and conduct job evaluations, recommend and implement pay structure revisions
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
- Hear and resolve employee grievances by counseling employees and supervisors
- Study and assess employee benefit needs and trends and recommend benefit programs to management accordingly
- Direct the processing of benefit claims, obtain and evaluate benefit contract bids
- Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of available benefits
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics or other related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience is a must
- Strong spoken and written communication in English and Russian
- Experience in progressive HR leadership roles is a plus
- HR experience in ICT is a big plus
- Ability to foster and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication and work effectively with all levels of employees, including executive management
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership abilities that foster learning and excellence among team members
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
