Description
The Head of Network Infrastructures Solution Division directs specific projects from support to sales for customer negotiations to final technical and financial acceptance stage. The position combines management, sales, technical expertise and financial responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for department works coordination and management;
- Responsible for presales technical advising and close assistance to sales department;
- Develop relationships and facilitate communications, updates and meetings with internal and external customers and partners;
- Find additional sales opportunities, suggesting areas for improvement and ensuring profitability for the Organization;
- Responsible for network infrastructures solution design;
- Provide L2 and L3 technical support;
- Responsible for network equipment configuration and maintenance;
- Implement project management (coordination and control);
- Responsible for projects statistical analyses;
- Realize project objectives through delivery of milestones in line with the approved work plan and timeline.
RequiredQualifications
- Master's degree in Telecommunication, Multimedia Technology or Information Technology; higher degree is a plus;
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of telecommunications;
- Experience in MAN and WAN network design and support;
- Experience in project cycle management with exposure to financial management;
- Experience with facilitation of direct beneficiaries in decision-making processes;
- Ability to build and maintain trust and strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors, focusing on impact and results;
- Excellent written and spoken skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Availability of certificates in sphere of networking is highly preferred.
