Description
The incumbent will be responsible for the image of the Company and generating sales through the Internet, as well as ensuring the customer transfer from traditional channels to digital platforms.

Responsibilities
- Initiate and run projects for launching digital platforms, development of e-commerce, as well as for ensuring transfer of customers from traditional channels to digital ones;
- Run product life cycle: cooperate with vendors/ developers within launching of new solutions/ products;
- Draft product technical specifications and ensure timely realization;
- Make analysis of the market, world practices and local peculiarities in terms of developing online channels;
- Monitor client behavior in digital platforms for evaluating the necessity of introducing new changes;
- Set KPIs and ensure reporting for identifying the performance efficiency and appraisal of the introduced changes;
- Cooperate with HQ and tops for approval of local initiatives and their conformity with Group Digital Strategy;
- Participate in product concept development activities, gather requirements and ensure functional design and technical feasibility.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree, preferably in IT;
- At least 2 years of experience in the area of product development and project management, preferably in IT/ digital/ e-commerce companies;
- Excellency in web and mobile online services;
- Good understanding of basics and methods of UX/ UI; knowledge of digital analytics; knowledge of metrics for appraising the performance of digital channels;
- Profound understanding of the Company's business and digital transformation strategy;
- Ability to run big cross-functional technological initiatives;
- Excellent project management skills;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
