Description
The Country Planning Manager is responsible for import planning, raw material planning and production plan development in the country: he/ she ensures effective planning process driving minimization of OOS (out of stock), actively cooperates with production plant, supply chain services, commercial and demand planning departments, as well as regional planning teams.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for production, warehouse and shift capacity planning;
- Responsible for import planning and cooperation with supplying countries;
- Supervise the planning and ordering of raw materials;
- Contribute to monthly and weekly regional meetings by providing reasonings on key business indicators' performance and updates on upcoming projects;
- Ensure optimal level of inventory by optimizing raw material and finish good orders;
- Monitor weekly and monthly planning, as well as maintain its proper and in time implementation;
- Solve revealed problems, report about them and suggest appropriate actions;
- Plan call back of raw materials;
- Reduce the risk of write-offs and business losses by optimizing planning processes.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Economics or Logistics;
- Analytical skills;
- Work experience in a similar field is preferable;
- Fluent knowledge of Armenian and English languages; knowledge of Russian language is an advantage;
- Strong computer skills (MS Office);
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work remotely.
