Responsibilities
- Handle internal/ external documents and incoming/ outgoing correspondence. This includes producing and processing documents, typing, filing and distributing;
- Responsible for social media marketing;
- Be engaged in CSR activities of the Hotel;
- Responsible for screening and, when necessary, redirecting incoming phone calls in a professional and discreet manner, in accordance with the Hotel's standards;
- Make written or oral translation of documents/ meetings/ negotiations from/ into English/ Armenian/ Russian languages;
- Arrange travels as necessary and organize the GM and Department Managers' business trips (plane tickets, visa, registration, hotel bookings, etc.);
- Sort, file and register incoming/ outgoing correspondence of the employer;
- Assist other members of the management team as and when required;
- Arrange venue bookings, agenda for the HOD's meetings;
- Responsible for stationery supply in GM's office;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the General Manager.

RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree;
- At least 1 year of experience in the hotel industry or as a Marketing Specialist;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint);
- Good interpersonal skills; guest-oriented and service-minded personality;
- Good presentation and confident speaking skills;
- Dynamic person;
- Person who copes well under pressure;
- Strong sense of ethics;
- Autonomous person with a sense of responsibility.
