Description
"Noy Invest Group" LLC is looking for a proactive candidate for the position of Secretary/ Office Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for internal and external documentation, communication with customers, meetings for visitors, execution of management orders.

Responsibilities
- Provide initial customer consultation by phone;
- Responsible for internal document flow and reporting;
- Receive and redistribute incoming phone calls;
- Responsible for record keeping;
- Responsible for document circulation;
- Organize the meetings of visitors;
- Work with correspondence (incoming/ outgoing), keep records of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Perform other job-related tasks assigned by the manager.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; intermediate level of proficiency in English language;
- Advanced PC user: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Experience with accounting documents and contracts;
- Self-organization, ability to plan the work day and prioritize tasks;
- Ability to work with large amounts of information;
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment; diligence and responsibility;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Experience in sales is a plus;
- Compliance with the rules of confidential information.
