Responsibilities
- Ensuring of highest levels of payments systems availability
- Daily monitoring of all payment methods functionality
- Processing, managing and reporting all the gathered information
- Support and participation in troubleshooting and analysis processes in cases of unexpected system behavior and their impact on service quality
- Developing, implementing and executing test plans for new and existing features.
RequiredQualifications
- Knowledge of payment systems, payment services monitoring and testing know-how
- Oriented to details
- English reading/writing - Fluent
- Ability to efficiently self-teach and adapt
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Reliable, high sense of responsibility, organized, punctual
