Responsibilities
- Development of marketing strategy
- Implementation of competitive products comparative analysis
- Identification of new markets
- Marketing actions aimed at new products development
- New steps development aimed at lease acknowledgment enhancement
- New steps development aimed at sale drive
- Analysis of advertisement efficiency mechanisms
- Strategic planning of advertising campaigns
- Contact conduction with advertisers
- Proper and due analysis and selection of mass media, TV, web-sites and other kind of informational platforms envisaged for advertisements
- Following the financial market changes and submission of equivalent proposals
- Market research, comparative analysis conduction, offer development for the purpose of investment of new products
- Compilation of the plan on upcoming events and submission thereof to the management
- SWOT analysis
- Identification and prevision of external beneficiaries
- Development of tariffs flexible system
- Advertisement budget distribution, evaluation and submission thereof to the management
- Current supervision on acting advertising contracts and product progress
- Actions aimed at and supervision over the brand advancement
- Implementation of the recommendations issued by the management
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education (preferably in the field of economics or equivalent thereof)
- Work experience is required (preferably in the banking field)
- Proficiency in MS Office software package (Word, Excel, Power Point, Corel Draw)
- Good knowledge of the Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Analytic and strategic way of thinking
- Ability for finding non-standard solutions to problems
- Efficient negotiation and communication skills
- Ability for meeting deadlines
- Ability for accountability
- Ability for working in a team
- Ability for working under stress
