Description
The Project Manager, will own full management of Pasticceria-related projects through their life cycle including direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. The projects could be very different in nature. This newly created role will be key to Company's successfully relaunching strategy.
The Project Manager will report to the Director.
Responsibilities
-Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
-Work closely with director, marketing and PR specialists to create annual strategy and plan for integrated programs
-Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
-Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
-Participate in recruiting, selecting and orienting new employees.
-Challenge and improve the development process
-Perform risk management to minimize project risks
-Develop & manage budget allocations of all assigned projects as required
-Communicate program objectives, elements, key dates and results to stakeholders
-Report and escalate to management as needed
RequiredQualifications
-Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
-Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
-Knowledge of PM techniques and tools
-Passion for bakery
-Critical thinking and problem solving
-Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
-Conflict resolution experience
-Strong group facilitation and negotiation skills
-Fluency with data-driven and financial analysis
-Good command of English and Russian
-Strategic thinker with experience creating comprehensive marketing plans
-Energetic, friendly and self-motivated attitude
