Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall sales results, customer service and staff management;
- Develop work standards and procedures; define strategic development of the retail chain;
- Responsible for the overall sales and marketing strategy, as well as for the development of Company plans and budgets;
- Oversee the proper implementation of policies and business processes of the Company;
- Develop sales strategies, establish relationships with external vendors, key distributors, market research and advertising agencies;
- Responsible for the staff hiring, management, coaching and training of the stores personnel.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree, preferably in Economics/ Management/ Business Administration;
- No less than 2 years of job experience in sales and in managerial positions;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
- Understanding of specifics of premium product sales;
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Highly responsible and extremely attentive to details person;
- Ability to build and manage the working team;
- Managerial and leadership skills;
- Team building skills;
- Negotiations skills;
